We offers free domestic shipping across India to all the pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. In case your location isn't serviced by our logistics partner, we shall send the consignment via India Post's Book Post.
We do not currently ship internationally.
We endeavour to deliver the products to you within a span of 10-15 working days from the receipt of order and payment, as per the address for delivery.
Our return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged order and ask the delivery person to return the order. Please send us an email with the order number at support@adornis.in to inform us of this in case it happens.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours by either calling us at the number provided, or send us an email at support@adornis.in.
Please bear in mind that minor variations on the colour and texture can occur from what is visible in the product pictures on the website due to the assorted technological and physical restrictions of the digital medium.
